If I order today, when will it arrive?

At GRIN★FACTORY, most clothing is printed, embroidered, and processed after receiving an order, so it takes about 5 days from the time of order to shipping.
*Weekends, holidays, and non-business days are not counted.

I need it sent quickly as it is urgent

We aim to print and ship each order fairly in the order in which they are received.

However, because this is a manual process, we will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time if possible after listening to your circumstances, so we would appreciate it if you could also let us know why you need it urgently.

Who is the delivery company?

Mail delivery is via post office (Click Post or Yu-Packet)

The delivery service is Sagawa Express.

How much is the shipping fee?

The nationwide flat rate is 660 yen for courier delivery and 280 yen for mail delivery.

Depending on the location, we may ship using letter packs or similar.
(Shipping costs will be adjusted)

We also offer free shipping for purchases over 9,800 yen.

*Free shipping does not apply to individual orders.

I bought the wrong size (color).

It is difficult to exchange made-to-order products.

In other cases, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, but this may be possible, so please feel free to contact us.

I don't want to pay the shipping fee

I understand how you feel, but I can't ask the delivery company to deliver it for free...

When you go shopping, you need to pay for transportation and carry your luggage yourself.
Since the product will be delivered to you, we would appreciate your understanding regarding shipping costs.

At GRIN★FACTORY, we try to keep the shipping costs that our customers incur as low as possible, and we will cover the shipping costs for customers who purchase over 9,800 yen.

Also, if you have a single T-shirt that is large enough to be mailed, we can send it by mail (280 yen), so we would appreciate it if you would consider this option.

I forgot to order something. Could you please send it together with my previous order?

If you specify that you would like it sent along with your order number, we will ship it together with your later order.

If we do not receive a response, we may unknowingly ship two items, so please be sure to contact us.

I realized after ordering that I had ordered the wrong size and color.

This is possible up until the start of production.
Please contact me as soon as possible.

I haven't received an email. Has my order been placed?

When you place an order, an email will be sent automatically, but if you do not receive the email, please first check your domain-specific reception and spam box.

If you register an account (membership) using the same email address you used when placing your order, you will be able to view your purchase history after logging in, so please use this option as well.

I've changed my mind and would like to cancel.

You can cancel before printing or production.
