Ordering process
1. Print out the design paper
2. Write the design and send it via email or LINE
Even if you're not good at drawing illustrations or designs, it's okay as long as you can get the feel of the design. Look at various basketball uniforms and use them as references when drawing (^-^)
Teams that are (or may be) participating in official matches should make sure their designs comply with the JBA competition rules.
The above 30 colors have been tested for color development, so you can choose your favorite. Gray (and silver) cannot be used as the main color of the device.
(If you absolutely want gray (or silver), we can make it, but please understand that it may not be usable outside of official tournaments.)
Once you've finished, take a photo of the illustration with your smartphone and send it to GRIN★FACTORY. You can send it via email or LINE.

3. Estimate
We will provide you with a quote once we have reviewed your design images. From this point onwards, there will be a fee, so we recommend that you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve by this point.
If you are satisfied with the estimate, we will enter into a "provisional" order and request a deposit of 10,000 yen.
Once payment is confirmed, we will begin creating the design.
4. Check the final design at our store
We will make final adjustments, such as fine-tuning the submitted design, in consultation with the customer. (Revisions may be made up to 2-3 times.)
If you change to a completely different design or if your request changes several times, we will charge you an additional design production fee.
In such cases, we will inform you in advance that this will be the last correction (subsequent corrections will be chargeable).
If the order is cancelled at this stage (when our store has created the design), the provisional payment will not be refunded.
5. Determine the number and size (formal order)
Please contact us before the design exchange is complete to confirm the number of copies, size, etc. Once the design, size, and number of copies are confirmed, we will issue an invoice.
(The 10,000 yen advance payment will be deducted at this stage.)
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will place an order with the factory.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery will take approximately one month from the time of ordering (start of production).
